Toyota (GB) PLC may change these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be published on the VIA. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms of Use regularly. You agree to be legally bound by whichever version of the Terms of Use is in force at the relevant time.
You must have a valid Toyota / Lexus Central User Account and password so that you can log in to the VIA.
You can select the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of each screen to read the Privacy Policy at any time.
Copyright, trademarks, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in the content of all information provided through the VIA belongs to Toyota (GB) PLC ‘Toyota’), their licensors or suppliers. All rights are reserved. Unless expressly permitted no material may be modified, copied, recorded, stored in a retrieval system, published, reproduced, transferred, sold or transmitted in any form or by any means, without prior written permission of Toyota other than temporarily in the course of using the VIA, or to retain a record of a single enquiry on it.
The VIA is for the provision of information only. Toyota shall use reasonable care and skill in providing the information contained in it.
Toyota uses reasonable endeavours to check the accuracy of information published or made available on the VIA. You should note however that Toyota does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that the information published or made available on the VIA may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. This does not affect anyone’s statutory rights as a consumer.
As a condition of your use of the VIA, you warrant to Toyota that you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. Toyota may suspend, block or terminate your access to the VIA, in its absolute discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
Where there are hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Toyota the operation of such websites is entirely outside Toyota’s control and you proceed at your own risk. Toyota does not endorse or sponsor the products, services or content you access and/or purchase through any linked site. You will be subject to the terms and conditions of use for all and any such linked site and any goods or services purchased from it or them. Toyota has no liability, howsoever arising, in respect of such linked sites, their content or operation.
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of any claim or dispute in connection with the Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and Toyota. Any failure or delay by Toyota in exercising its rights under any provisions of the Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver of those rights. The Terms of Use do not create or confer any rights on third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (as may be amended or replaced). The Terms of Use are personal to you and will not be assigned or otherwise transferred in whole or in part. If any part of the Terms of Use is proved to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in force. The Terms of Use supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and Toyota concerning its subject matter and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
